Return & Refund Policy
You can return products purchased from www.onlinewollenstore.com within 10 days of receiving the product.
Once we receive your items, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the items.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 10-15 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Terms for return / refund:-
- You must return an item/items with in 10 days from the date you received it.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

- We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment.
- Our quality staff will examine the product at our Returns Desk. Once your product has been approved by our quality staff, we will send you a confirmation email and credit refund into the source selected at the time of return initiation will be processed.
